Licensed in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey, William J. Berman brings over 20 years of experience to our firm. His practice of family law includes serving as a court-approved divorce and family law mediator and holding membership in the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. While litigation is sometimes inevitable in certain divorce cases, mediation can result in a more satisfactory outcome for all parties.

Phillip Rosenbach, co-founder of our firm, is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Rosenbach has also served in leadership positions with the Harding Land Trust and the Anti-Defamation League B’Nai B’Rith (New Jersey division) and serves on the Harding Township Board of Adjustment.
